One of the trusted Digital Marketing Trainer and Consultant in Surat and  iVIPANAN’s founder, Bhautik Sheth, has been appointed a Managing Committee Member of the Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) Surat Chapter. 


This appointment recognises Bhautik’s extensive expertise, unwavering commitment to learning and development, and significant professional development contributions.

His role as the chairman of the SGCCI for the Digital Marketing Committee for 2024-25, is another testament to his expertise. He leads the committee in solving the industry’s problems.

Under Bhautik Sheth’s visionary leadership, iVIPANAN was twice represented in the final of ISTD’s innovative training practices. iVIPANAN was able to find a place in the final rounds of the 32nd and 33rd National Awards for Innovative Training Practices of ISTD in Delhi. 


Bhautik’s strategic direction and innovation in the training segment were instrumental in iVIPANAN winning the third position in the private sector (service) category in the 32nd National Awards mentioned above.

iVIPANAN competed among a distinguished pool of companies that year and secured third place alongside L&T, which won first place, and KPMG, which won second.
