iVIPANAN Learning and Development reaffirmed its leadership in training by winning First Runner-Up in the MSME category at the ISTD Trainers Awards (ITA) hosted by the Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) Vadodara Chapter. The ISTD Training Awards 2025 were organised in Vadodara, drawing over 65 entries across the country, including contributions from individual professionals, MSMEs, non-profit organisations, and corporates. 

This achievement reflects iVIPANAN’s commitment to bridging academics and industry to create a digitally skilled workforce. iVIPANAN has secured 3rd position in the private sector (service) category in the prestigious 32nd National Awards for Innovative Training Practices organised by the ISTD in Delhi. 

As a thought leader in the digital learning space, iVIPANAN has continuously led with purposeful initiatives that foster skill development and digital empowerment. 

The organisation runs a comprehensive 6-month Digital Marketing classroom training program that incorporates Generative AI modules. This helps students, working professionals, and entrepreneurs develop the competencies required to tackle real-world digital challenges with confidence.

Strengthening its academic presence, iVIPANAN has signed MoUs with over ten universities and colleges across Gujarat.

These collaborations contribute to curriculum development, boost student-industry engagement, and support placement readiness.

Over the years, iVIPANAN has trained more than 65,000 individuals through seminars, webinars, workshops, and classroom programs. These initiatives combine theoretical depth with practical exposure, shaping industry-ready talent.
