This community college is part of the Vidhyadeep Community Society. The community college runs several residential academic and vocational training programs to nurture tribal girls from different parts of central and south Gujarat tribes.

iVIPANAN has been in continuous talks with the Principal of the college and the Vice President of the society since February this year. iVIPANAN Training Head Manisha Srivastava and Chief Trainer of Digital Marketing and Founder Bhautik Sheth realised the potential of the tribal girl students.

How did the idea come to prepare Tribal Girls for Digital World?

Earlier in February, there was the first meeting between the two associates. A guest training session was organized for the students. During that session, the iVIPANAN team found the interest and eagerness among the students.

It was not clear how to develop their interest into the reality. Then, after almost eight months, a constant discussion happened between iVIPANAN and Vidhyadeep Community College.

After almost 8 months, the final MOU was signed. iVIPANAN will provide six months of training to the registered students online. The program is designed to make the students employable.

This skill development initiative is the first incident in the digital marketing industry in India. iVIPANAN has become the first company to run the program for tribal girls.

This course will not only give the students knowledge about digital marketing platforms, but the practical exposure will make them eligible for employability.

Sister Maggie Allessu, Administrator and Counselor, said, “The tribal girls are brilliant and enthusiastic. They show a deep interest and eagerness to learn new things. When we asked about starting a digital marketing course with iVIPANAN, they were excited. We hope this association will nurture our students with the desired knowledge of digital marketing.”

Bhautik Sheth, Founder and Chief Trainer of iVIPANAN, said, “Normally, businesses show keen interest in associating with businesses that give them a strong monetary return. We came here during the first half of the year, and at that time only, we decided that we must do something for these enthusiastic lot of tribal girls. You can see in their sparkling eyes the hunger to learn and grow.”

Manisha Srivastava, Head of Training at iVIPANAN, said, “This MOU is the statement of iVIPANAN that our belief in digital for all is not just a tagline. This is a pathbreaking moment in the digital industry. We have been the first mover in many initiatives, and this is an addition to the list. As we are starting the first batch at the end of November this year, I am sure many more batches will give so many young and eligible girls to the industry.”

The first batch will start during the last week of November 2023. The batch duration is six months, and the training mode will be hybrid but mainly online.
